The Case of the Missing Cheese

Burp and Barf, two scruffy rats living in the city dump, are clever detectives. When a mouse calls on them to find his missing cheese, the rat detectives sniff out the clues aided by private eye, Icky the Eyeball, and their mangey mutt, Old Shabby.
