Lastland's Last Stand: Seeing Purple

Iris Long is an apprentice of the Lastlandian army, serving in the southern war camp, but scarlet eyes from the east are watching closely. The girl with the purple eyes belongs to a clandestine collective of others with uniquely colored eyes, and other secrets. Only time will tell whether she is worthy of joining their ranks or not. Further, to test her, those closest to are put at stake. Her prickly mentor, Storm Weathers, one of the fiercest soldiers of the army, is her first challenge, first to befriend, then to save.
