Dr. Sarah Nicely is brought in to perform an artificial insemination using her long-ago love interest as the sperm donor. As a sex therapist and graduate of Fleur-de-Lis it is not the oddest assignment she has ever been given. While she enjoys draining Dr. Jay, she finds that she is enjoying it more than she should. Once the task is done, nothing stands in the way of her and Dr. Jay pursuing a romantic relationship.
