Billy Jacobs planned to have a care free summer vacation with his friends in Ohio, but his parents had other ideas for him in the summer of 1989. He's exiled to a secret camp where he and a small group of children learn the unimaginable… they are werewolves! Not only are they werewolves, but they are an unprecedented and unique group.
