When a routine morning begins after a forbidden encounter, the characters involved have no idea that the path ahead is about to fracture into two distinct realities. In one version of events, life continues along a familiar trajectory. In another, a single moment alters everything.

The two narratives presented in this book are composed from the exact same textual material. No words have been added, removed, or altered. The difference lies exclusively in how the narrative units are organized.
