Christianity
has
been
dominated
by

sign
of

cross
for
centuries.
But
is
the
crucifixion
really
the
core
of
the
Gospel?
Only
a
few
scriptures
tend
to
point
in
that
direction.
Paul
was
“preaching
Christ
only,
and
him
crucified”.
He
told
people,
that
the
only
thing
he
boasts
is
“the
cross
of
Jesus
Christ”,
and
he
declares
boldly,
that
God
has
“chosen
the
message
of
the
cross
–
which
is
foolishness
to
the
world
–
to
destroy
the
wisdom
of
this
world”.
However,
if
we
study
the
sermons
of
the
apostles
in
Acts,
we
find
another
central
message,
that
seems
to
even
overrule
the
message
of
the
cross.
It
is
the
message
of
the
resurrection
of
Jesus Christ.
