Their Trials and Tribulations

This is the early works of Cayla Goodman. A small collection of short stories called Trials and Tribulations, consisting of 4 short stories written as class assignments while she pursued her degree.

"Frigid Nights and Bright Lights" is a light comedy about a struggling couple who spend their last few dollars on playing the slots.

"A Haunting Christmas" is a sad fiction piece about a mother and daughter's last moments together.

"A Lonely Christmas" follows a young woman and her spiral after the loss of her mother.

In "The Game", people are kidnapped and forced into a mentally torturous game in this Sci-Fi story of mystery and crime.
