This is a manual on how to be a joker in Forum theater. Forum Theater is a widely used Theater of the Oppressed technique which promotes dialogue in society. It is a participatory form of theater and joker is the facilitator of this process. ‘Manual for a Joker in Forum Theatre provides a facilitator with a detailed description of its tasks as a joker during a forum session, provide him/her with the right tools to guide a successful Forum and analyses her/his multiple roles.
