Dispelled from the heavens, the forces that rules earth is eager for that rebirth through the bloodstream of mankind. And occasionally they were precise in their pick of the day.

Most persons didn't understand why they're so crammed by their own thoughts; which for some reason, was influenced by what the lamp to their soul illuminates. But it was not for the populace to comprehend. Those who dare to challenge the paranormal were few, and even then, they had but a small hope of returning to tell the tale.

Nicolas was born to a dynasty who fought centuries of ghostly battles. Each generation gave birth to that one individual who is destined to conquer the ghouls that were flushed out of the heavens; with ravenous desire to return through the soul of a human. But when his soul was chosen as a transport, Nicolas knew those he loved the most would have a rancorous feeling towards him.
