Doug has lived a busy and diverse life as a husband, father, pastor, lawyer, politician, church planter and businessman. Before moving to Los Angeles in 1998, Doug and his wife Cathy owned and operated many businesses in Montana. Today the Kelleys are self-supporting urban missionaries who oversee Open Arms Christian Center and the House of Hope in South Central Los Angeles. As a "Matthew 25" church, Open Arms ministers to the "lost, the least, and the lonely," giving "hope and help to the brokenhearted."
