A Funny Thing Happened on the Way to Miami

In this short story, young Coast Guard officer Ben Wyporek is reassigned from a large Coast Guard cutter in Virginia to the patrol boat Kauai in Miami. While enroute to his new job, his courage is tested when he goes to the aid of a young family in distress after a car accident.
