Among the People is a limited POV story based on the experiences of the author and their travels which speaks to the feeling of alienation among people and the cultures that they are descended from. “Cacique’s Drum” is an entry about the relation of father and son, a bond that is observably important in the dynamic of families today. “Wingman” gives us the tale of Trevor, a man who would do anything to stick by his brother’s side.
