Her search for answers leads her to the Meridian Foundation, a secretive neuroscience clinic that has developed illegal memory-modification technology used by powerful clients to erase crimes and inconvenient truths—and that has already wiped Sarah's own memories once before. As she uncovers patient files, conspiracies involving politicians and police, and her own erased investigation, Sarah must race to expose the truth through leaked documents and a live broadcast before Meridian can capture her again and permanently edit her mind.
