In a universe where the end is always as near as the black hole everyone orbits, Matari finally got involved and helped save thousands from a Futilist plot. It cost him a friend and his freedom, as the Survivalists have branded him a traitor.

Imprisoned and interrogated, Matari is haunted by his choice and a familiar apparition. Until an unlikely savior thrusts him back into the battle, and back into the cross-hairs of both the Survivalists and the Futilists in this next installment of the Processional series.
