Starry Sky Wishes

Esme and Alfred first made contact at an art exhibition, where they established a positive rapport until they encountered an individual who was unaccommodating. Subsequently, they reunited and together they persuaded a young painter whose painting had been criticised. They had arranged to go stargazing at the observatory, but a group of noisy young people created an unwelcome disturbance. Once the younger individuals had been asked to leave, the couple enjoyed the meteor shower together, which served to strengthen their relationship. Subsequently, both individuals were confronted with significant professional opportunities. Esme was tasked with contributing to the 'city and nature' art project, which entailed conducting further field research, while Alfred was selected to study asteroids at the New York Planetarium. Despite their initial reluctance to pursue separate paths, they ultimately decided to prioritise their individual careers.
