To the Forest

Today, protecting forests is protecting the roots of civilization. Every time a sapling is planted, a new lung is installed for the earth; every time a piece of solid wood furniture is rejected, a habitat is reserved for wild animals; every time a forest carbon sink project is supported, a hope is stored for the future. Because we know that when the last rainforest disappears, human civilization will also lose its shelter.
