Living with a mental illness, and with the guilty conscience of seeing eight members of my family die. I write about how Secular Mental Health Recovery founded within the solcialistic society that has developed over the last centrury has helped me to live.

1 in 4 people will battle in a war with mental health problems in their lives and 1 in 6 people report experiencing mental illness. Many who develop mental illness are stigmatized by those around them. They lose friends and paid work. In this story, I write about overcoming the stigma and attempts at suicide in my war against the mind.
