Dead End on Jackson Street

In 1977, Cape May, New Jersey is an unassuming beach town when in early June, a local celebrity falls out of a top floor window onto Jackson Street.
As Detective Chris MacNeil investigates a seemingly tragic accident, he uncovers a "Cape May with Cobwebs", a place where people live to deceive in order to hide their darker secrets.
