A gentle satire and contemporary homage to The Wind in the Willows in which Toad is elected as the Member of Parliament for Riverbank. Love, action, intrigue and adventure take Toad and his friends, both old and new, through the corridors of power and out onto the streets of London as they unravel an international conspiracy aimed at the heart of British Democracy and Civilisation.
