Drinna

Drinna is a young kunjel girl, a member of a race of people who have the ability to rage to protect them. Unfortunately, they must learn to control it, and as Drinna is returning home to undergo the ceremony, she awakes alone in the wilderness known as the Sea of Grass, a wild, desolate prairie land expanding across nearly an entire continent. Living out here are all sorts of dangerous beasts, deadly poison grasses, and hostile tribes of creatures. And, someone stalks her, their purposes for her unknown. Drinna must learn to survive and defend herself and not allow the rage to take control.
