Port U Gal. What is it? Where is it?

All great questions but where do I begin? How about where it's located. Port U Gal is located on the Planet Neptune. An area that has cars, spaceships, humans, and aliens. It's a weird place and is the only inhabitable part on the planet. I don't even know where the name Port U Gal even came from. I don't know what else to say about this place that doesn't make it sound like a freak show. Why not see what these lovely folks say about the place?
