Muphrid -- Part 3 of 3

"Muphrid – Part 3" is the third volume of a three book series in science fiction adventure.

After escaping from the prison planet, having rescued two inmates, Muphrid executes a hastily improvised hyperspace jump, which mistakenly transports the ship into uncharted space.

This unfortunate situation requires Sally, the ship's computer-intelligence, to solve massively complex equations to determine a valid jump solution for return to civilization. This task will take several weeks, so Muphrid now has the duty of managing the crew and passengers for an extended time while lost-in-space.

Making the situation even more difficult are the conditions of the two former prisoners. The human, Glurney, has some psychological problems due to his time of incarceration. The individual from the planet Odium is a totally alien creature with a highly objectionable body odor.

This part also contains an interesting discussion in philosophy and evolution between Sandi and Sally.

So let us rejoin our intrepid crew as they attempt to survive during these irksome circumstances.
