Continuing the adventures of sixteen-year old Tommy Ryder.

After his best friend, Mark Dixon, is assaulted and robbed,

Tommy decides to prowl the mean streets of NYC as the

masked vigilante known as the Urban Tiger. Meanwhile,

Lt. Jay Franz of NYPD continues to investigate the murder

of Tommy's parents.
