Sian thought coming back would be better. Normal. That's what she wanted, right? A normal life with Rhys, the boy that followed her, fought with her, saved her and now someone she couldn't live without. A life away from magic and battles and responsibility. A normal life in her realm, not the Otherworld, the world she left behind.

Except her life was anything but normal - their lives were anything but normal. Sian was struggling to work out where she fitted in and who she actually was. For Rhys, the life he thought he was destined for, one he couldn't escape from, was changing around him.

But the magic and enemies they thought they'd left behind followed them. Enemies playing with the barriers between the two realms that had been there from the beginning of time. Together, Rhys and Sian nearly lose it all as they struggle to restore the balance that is slipping away while working out where they truly belonged.
