At the behest of King John, the freshly dubbed Heroes of Thered's Field have travelled to the Estmirian capital, Evonium. From the very moment they entered that ancient city, they knew. Something was wrong. Very wrong. A foul taste on the wind. An ill feeling that cannot be explained. The unease of never feeling truly alone. Small things. Perhaps. But they know first-hand what horrors have birthed these sensations. The Shadow.
