Rent Money: Yielding Wife Tamika

Tamika and Robbie are trying to hang onto their beachfront apartment when the cost of rent in such a great location is too high for them. They have burnt all their savings and now Robbie has lost his job, they are without any options other than to take in a boarder.

Of the applicants for a room to rent, Tamika isn't happy with the idea of any young attractive women taking over her home and Robbie doesn't like the idea of any hot young surfer guys with their eyes all over his wife in a nightie. Fortunately for this young couple one applicant is a mature male author, in town for three months to write a book and willing to pay upfront.
