In a futuristic world, leaders formed a New Times Council to help erase a terrible past.

In the first story:

Rough Wars, a mix of human/alien breeds, protect the remnants of humanity after a cataclysm.

In the second story, Rough Storm, men cause a terrible storm.

The third story, Hate Land, is about a civil war in what's left of the U.S.
