Hi Ya Kwihi?

Hi Ya Kwihi? or “Where are you going?” is a novel written in Xitsonga and was originally published in 1989. One of the main themes of Hi Ya Kwihi? is around forced removals. On 4 June 2018, communities who were forcibly removed from their traditional lands commemorated 50 years of their ordeal. This classic has been republished in digital format to mark the occasion.
