The city rots from below and the officials don't care. The Underground houses a mafia queen that Dr. Willow knows all too well. He's a free man, though. A sovereign citizen that should focus on keeping his head down and his body out of harm's way. Can't, though. Born with the burden of a conscience. Of consciousness. Of thought, pain, guilt, and the desire for catharsis. He's got a history with that rotten underbelly, that's for sure, hidden underneath the once-hopeful blue eyes he can't even see the hue of anymore. And by whatever forces that be, he's going to burn away that scar even if it costs him his life. Freedom's worth that much.
