The Unified Field Theory of American Governance

This work synthesizes the core ideas from my explorations into constitutional mechanics, thermodynamics, and governance theory. What began as fragmented analyses—the Majority Power Constraint Theorem (MPCT), the Twin Pillars of Sovereignty (9th and 10th Amendments), and the broader Constitutional Mechanism Theory—now converges into a single, cohesive body.

The American Constitution is not a static legal text but a dynamic thermodynamic engine, an operating system with programmable logic, and a machine governed by precise equations. For 95 years, it has operated outside its design parameters, leading to predictable regime shifts from the Founders' Republic to our current Broken Republic.

This unified body maps that phase shift: from equilibrium to instability, from oscillation to termination. It incorporates the MPCT as the theorem explaining majority thresholds as energy barriers, the Twin Pillars as the structural amplifiers preserving rights and powers, and the overarching equation E = (m × L) × (c² × R) as the predictive model of regime states.
