Hard-Metal Defense Corp makes physics professor Shawn Bender an offer that he cannot refuse; a paid sabbatical from Princeton, unlimited resources and a crack team of scientist. Their goal is to take the quantum computer out of the mathematical realm and to build the world’s first working model. The possibilities to aid mankind are endless; if it can be done. One question nags at Shawn as they start the work. Where is Hard-Metal getting its almost endless supply of power? No one seems to be willing or able to answer that question. Shawn, along with his six year old savant daughter, Isabelle, watch as the computer begins to obtain consciousness and, without their help, takes on the task of finishing itself. The now self-aware machine is blunt in declaring its plans to take over mankind and to dictate every movement of every day for every person. It is now up to Shawn to destroy the machine he created. Along with a team of Israel soldiers, Shawn and his daughter fight their way through the horrors of the Hard-Metal compound to confront the beast. Only then, does Shaw find what is powering his machine. In the end, Shawn will have two battles to fight.
