Previously I wrote about my ten years as a monk in India. Then I wrote about spiritual matters with the focus derived from my time in India. There was material about Chakras, Mantras, Kundalini, Shakti, and Tantra. Additionally I wrote about my background or foundation spiritual philosophy derived from the ancient Indian writings about Vedanta philosophy.
Now I write about the Therapeutic Journey to Self-Realisation. Here there is a focus away from traditional Spirituality to alternative viewpoints, with some avoidance of terminology in historical use.
I write in this book about our Journeys, which can including being Mad, Bad and Spiritual, all at the same time.
It is not really a battle of opposites, because in my philosophy both good and evil are elements of a spectrum. That spectrum may be generated within a Cosmic Consciousness, of which we are all part, and therefore all participants are in a learning experience. You may see it completely different, but we are on our journeys, even though our ego-based personalities seem very separate in term of religions, spiritual beliefs, cultures, sexual identity and nationality, (to name a few).
