More!

Would you like more in your life?

Not more things.

More joy.

More fulfillment. This is what God wants for each of us.

More is another word for purpose. But writing or reading about God's purpose can sound very deep and complicated to most people. More seems such a better word. But maybe not everyone wants a purpose or, at the very least, they are afraid of what that purpose might be. But who doesn't want more?

More isn't complicated. And don't worry. God directs very few people to Africa to find their more. Your more is usually right in front of you. You haven't recognized it as your more because it is right in front of you. But if you ask God, He will reveal it to you. And your more might well change and morph over various stages of your life. God never leaves us where we are.

Ephesians 3:20 says God can do more for us than we can ever dream possible. Are you ready to seek his more for you?

Don't be afraid to reach out and ask Him. It isn't going to be painful. It probably won't even be earth-shattering. But you will feel more fulfillled and more joyful than you ever have when you know you are following God's call on your life.

You will read about various people in the Bible and how they did or did not find their more. You will read about those who chose wrong mores. But you will also ready about those who chose the right ones. You will learn those in the Bible were no different than you. Yet God gave each of them a more. Some failed; some succeeded. Their example will give you great insight into your own journey of faith and where God might be leading you.
