The Sermon Series Volume Seven - Difficult Topics

The Sermon Series is a variety of sermons spaanning decades of service by Rev. Dr. Richard A. Haynes. The Sermon Series: Book Seven is the final book in the collection and takes on the study of "Difficult Things" with insight and power.

Spanning seven books, The Sermon Series provides commentary and understanding of each subject based on the scriptures. After each sermon, Bible study questions are provided which can be used individually or in a group to further enhance the learning experience.

Dr. Haynes is also the author of The Spiritual Road: Helping Others Grow Spiritually and his recent release, Overcoming: Lessons from Life's Challenges.

About the author
Richard A. Haynes' struggle through life from polio at age four to gymnastic champion to a Doctor of Ministry granted "with distinction" has uniquely allowed him to view the messages of faith with clear, practical accuracy merged with connection to real life. The Sermon Series precisely does this. He is also the author of The Spiritual Road: Helping Others Grow Spiritually and Overcoming: Lessons from Life's Challenges.

Dr. Haynes and his wife Patricia retired to be close to their grandsons in St. John, Indiana. While enjoying these family-time years, he decided to release the many series of sermons he wrote during his thirty-nine years in active pastoral ministry. He comments, "Perhaps they can be of help to some folks." He still provides counseling as a spiritual director.
