Nika returns to the bustling borough she loves. As an illustrator, she finds both solace and inspiration watching life from the window of her studio. Sketching and imagining all the life that unfolds beyond her curtains. Capturing the essence of the strangers she observes and comes to love from a distance. She realizes that it's both lonely and unreal, however. Amongst those reoccurring characters, she spots one man in particular. Mostly in play, she creates a Wanted Poster for him.
Finding himself drawn to the artist's unique vision and the tender way she perceives the world, he gets over his own insecurity and disbelief and reaches out in kind. Killian is getting over his own past, and trying to find a similar love of the city that Nika has. When their paths finally cross, they agree to a somewhat delicate relationship. Will Nika be able to do more than just watch? Can she be more than just the mind behind the pen as Killian proves more and more every day that he really is the Wanted Man?
