To survive jumping out of an airplane as it breaks apart over the Pacific Ocean and enduring raging storm after raging storm and then being hurled over a jagged rocky reef while clinging to seat cushions—washing up on a deserted Island beach—should be impossible. Yet, this is where two strangers, Beth and Ned, find themselves, clinging to the hope of being rescued and each other as their emotions explode into a passionate romance, fueled by the reality they may not survive and, if they do, never see another human being again for the rest of their lives.
