The first part of the trilogy tells a story about 70-year-old Mr. Nash who becomes sexually attracted to his new neighbor, a 25-year-old woman named Annie. He fantasizes about her for a long time, thinking that he would never get anywhere near a girl like her. But, after a little twist of fate, he is presented with an opportunity to build a rather strange relationship with Annie and possibly fulfill his fantasies. It is a chance for both of them to explore their sexuality and indulge in a new kind of adventure. Their deal is simple at first, but things get a bit more complicated with time.
