Sydney, a city full of sun-seekers. However, when the temperature continues to rise, even the surf at Bondi isn't enough to cool the sweltering crowds.

What begins as a heatwave turns into a string of record temperatures, and soon, tempers flare and precious water begins to run low. A state of emergency is called and everyone must do their best to survive in a bubbling cauldron of desperation and violence.
