Desert Rose

Kyle Jovankah bears the scars of an attempt to end his life. He willingly becomes a shadow, avoiding social interactions. That is, until Emily Martin—a girl with much to live for—shows an interest in Kyle and draws him out of the shadows. After a tragedy, Kyle has to learn to live on his own. But love can cross all boundaries, and Kyle finds the strength in Emily’s spirit and acceptance from her family.
