Something is wrong with Sweeper's sister. Her name is London, and she's a vampire. Sweeper has known this for years, but lately, her vampire sister is behaving strangely. If only Sweeper could figure out what was different. She gets a job at a detective agency. She's pretty sure the detective is a vampire hunter in disguise. Surely he knows something that could help.
