Temporary roommates, two lively dogs, and a remote country house – awkward moments will arise.

Mark Bradley, a hobby pilot with a demanding new job, faces constant travel with little notice. Desperate to provide his dogs with a stable home, he offers sanctuary to Stacey Houseman, an aspiring goddess who's never owned a pet.

Stacey, happy not to be both homeless and jobless, agrees to take on dog duties in exchange for a safe place to stay.

But training two energetic dogs proves more challenging than expected, especially while fending off the charm of yet another arrogant man who sweeps her into adventures with vintage aircraft.

Mark's assignment takes him across the country, leaving the health and happiness of his beloved dogs in the hands of a quirky redhead who talks to her car.

He insists it's concern for the dogs that keeps bringing him home more often than planned and not a growing fascination with the whimsical Stacey.
