Angora Panties: The Afterthoughts of Loss

Three-year-old Tracy Robert was free to wear nothing but her angora panties as she rode her tricycle hear her home. That changed after a construction worker exposed himself to her and asked her to pull down those panties. Thus began a her life of successive losses of freedom. These limitations and her survival of them inform Angora Panties: The Afterthoughts of Loss through carefully crafted reflective essays and prose poetry that examine how being female in a patriarchal society introduced exacting standards that eventually led to the loss of her beloved sister.
