Courageous Creatures is a series of two stories about animals that unite for a cause. Escape From The Circus is a story about animals who have had enough of life in the circus, whereas Noah's Ark is about jungle animals who work together to build an ark when danger threatens.
Clyde, the camel has had enough of circus life and invites a few of his friends to jump on a bus and embark on an adventure in the big wide world. But there's a photographer in the back row who convinces them to let him come along for the ride. And it's not long before their big adventure becomes a viral social media sensation.
One fateful night, Noah, a wise elephant has a vision about a storm of catastrophic proportions that will descend upon the jungle and threaten all who dwell there. Haunted by the images of surging waters and desperate cries, but convincing the animals is no small task. The prideful lion scoffs, the mischievous monkeys mock, and even the cautious deer are hesitant to believe. Only a small group, a compassionate orangutan, a sharp-eyed heron, and a brave young leopard stand by Noah as danger threatens to destroy them all.
The animals work day and night to construct an ark of massive proportions and finish it just before the flood comes. After that, it's at the mercy of the floodwaters and floats around aimlessly for forty days and forty nights. It takes even longer before they see dry land again, and when they do, they venture out into a very new and very different world.
